It is not possible to record and watch the same DVB-IP channel. The message "No free card available" is shown.
Same problem occurs when tring to watch the same channel with more than 1 client in a multiseat situation.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Start a DVB-IP channel (Live-TV)
Start a record
-> Live TV will be stopped because of a planned recording
Try to start the channel being recorded
-> "No free card available" shown

or

Start a DVB-IP channel on client 1 (Live TV)
Start the same channel on client 2
-> "No free card available" shown
