When leaving the edit card section, tvservice restarts even though a rec. or TS is ongoing.

      Easy 2 repro.

      start timeshifting or a recording, or both.
      edit card details.
      leave card details, go to some other tab.
      now tvservice restarts, if u were rec. or timeshifting then its gone.
