TvServer doesn't recognize that a card is already tuned to another transponder. Therefor the streaming of the other clients stops.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Start watching a channel on computer A.

Now tune to a channel on the same transponder on computer B.

Than switch to a channel on a different transponder on computer B. TvServer performs this channel change, even if computer A is still using the same card and no other card is available.

The playback on computer A stops and the channel states are totally confusing sometimes.
