seems like if we have a (tunerlocked=false) state we still carry on to actually wait for the PMT which will take approx. 10 sec default or whatever user has defined as timeout.

not good...it should fall back at once with an error to the client, when no signal is found..

Also there was no suitable error messages, so I created a new enum.
