Connecting a remote client to server PC after server has been woken up from the standby / hibernate causes client to hang.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1) let TVE3 server go into standby mode
2) wake up server PC
3) open remote connection to the server -> client (TsReader) hangs as there is no response from the server
