tvservice cpu usage increases when client playbacks TV/rec. fullscreen.

    Description

      when watching either fullscreen TV or fullscreen recorded TV then tvservice.exe cpu usage will increase dramatically.

      The increase in percentage will ofcourse be depending on your target CPU.
