It's possible for some streams to be falsely detected as a DC II video stream - see http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/mp1-2-1-cannot-start-graph.101144/page-3#post-886643

The best way to workaround the issue seems to be to prioritise 'real' video streams over possibly false ones.
