When going into standby/hibernation while TV is running (ex. the user hits the power button on remote), then when the system later wakes up it should resume playback of tv, fullscreen etc (if the remember last active module feature is enabled).
Resuming TV would in this case fail with some popup/message to the user-

The problem is that the heartbeat thread was not properly stopped.
mp.log is riddled with exceptions.
