    Description

      Happens in multiseat as reported by elliotmc and confirmed by me. chefkoch reports it is happening in singleseat as well.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      Start TV. Stop TV. Repeat.
      Alternatively change channels between channels mapped to two different cards.
