When SetupTV asks user for DB connection info it immediately exits after connecting to DB without upgrading DB or starting TV Service even when not started with the --configure-db switch.

h4. Additional Information
The issue is evident when during installation user chooses to use existing SQL server. SetupTV is started using --DeployMode but no password (--DeployPwd) or engine type (--DeploySQL). As a result it shows the database configuration dialog and exits.
