SubChannel not freed when exception occurs in RunGraph

    Description

      TV Server whas trying to record something. My RunGraph returned an error (0x800705AA). After that TV Server retries. I noticed the created subchannels were not released until i stopped the tv server.

      h4. Additional Information
      This occurs because a TvException is thrown and not catched. There is also a TvExceptionNoSignal which is catched and handled by freeing the subchannel.
