Not connected TVServer results in no fullscreen playback

    Description

      When TVPlugin can't connect TVServer it cause error when playing Video (MyVideo)

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      Disable TVService to simulate no connection.
      Try to play a video
      Video is start in mini video.


      h4. Additional Information
      This happen when start video :
      The sequence goes to "OnPlayBackStarted"
      When it goes to TVHome, Tvplugin think it was connected and thrown an error.
