Clicking save in the tuner settings dialog does not close the dialog. This is weird because it means you have to click 'save' then 'cancel' to close the dialog.

1. Go to the tuner list in TV Server ("TV Servers" -> <server name>).
2. Select a tuner and click edit.
3. Make a change and click save.
(4. The dialog is not closed.)
