Under certain circumstances TV Server fails to get epg details like title, episode or content for a scheduled recording. Files are named "unknown" then and all additional information is lost.

A scenario that would cause this bug is a scheduled show at 18:40 with 10 minutes pre-record interval. The previous "real" show is ening at 18:35, then we have two small shows like 3 minutes news and 2 minutes weather (both individual shows in the epg).
