Renaming channels with the service ID is performed even with channels that don't have a real service ID.

In TV Server configuration, it is possible to [for all channels]:
1. Set the LCN as the service ID from the first tuning detail.
2. Set the channel name as the service ID from the first tuning detail.
3. Set the channel name as [service ID from the first tuning detail] + [existing channel name].

You do this by right clicking on the channel list in the TV or radio channels section.

All analog and radio web stream, and some DVB-IP channels do not have proper service IDs to perform these actions. These tuning details should be ignored.

In addition, the third function is now obsolete because the TV plugin configuration (in MP config) supports showing the channel number in front of the name.
