When you open the progressbar, the bar image is sized wrong initially. This can bee seen in crystal skin easily.
During video you see a long bar, untill you ff 1 time and then it will be sized correctly.
In TV this results in 1 giant red bar and it will stay this big as this red bar is never resized.
