In recorded TV if you are using the 'Recordings' view, and sort by date, you get two lists.

1. Folders sorted by date, for schedules where more than one episode has been recorded.
2. Individual recordings by date.

After much discussion, the view seesm to be to have one single list, mixing folders and individual recordings so that it is by strict date order.
