When enabling the remote retrieval of tvguide.xml files in the xmltv plugin on the server it would fail with an exception preventing the PC to properly wakeup to record TV etc.

This would happen if the user leaves the "time" input field to its default value "00:00" while still enabling the remote file scheduler.
