The problem with some cams is that they will get locked when tjey try to send messages and the listener thread is not running, which can happen in MediaPortal since the listener thread isn't always started when e.g. grabbing epg. After that the only thing helping is to (physically) remove the cam and reinsert it or use the ResetCAM method (which is implemented but not accessible in the tvserver configuration).

h4. Steps to Reproduce
- Let the EPG grabber retrieve program information from encrypted channels or start encrypted channels from the tv configuration tool (preview).
- One encrypted channel can still be tuned, but no other (encrypted) channel.
- After removing the cam and reinserting it, encrypted channels will work again
