When we added the LockedInOnSignal for DVB cards, this wasn't ported to analog cards. Also the signal update fails sometimes, because of a missing tuner filter.

We need additional null pointer checks and add the LockedInOnSignal to the tuning process to increase the zapping time a little bit.
