I have 2 DVB cards setup to the same LNB.

a skystar2 using WDM drivers.
a hauppauge card using bda drivers.

30-40% of the time the skystar2 card fails to lock its tuner onto the specific channel.

as an example the hauppauge card works on all channels, even with the same cable.

I tried changing skystar2 drivers, didnt help.
It could be that the skystar2 tuner is a bit weak.

My workaround is to retry the tuner lock max. 5 times, waiting 20 ms on each retry. 5x20 = 1sec delay at the most.

It will also help when scanning channels.
The fix is only for WDM skystar2, but could be impl. for any card as well if desired.

I see no reason currently as to make this configurable.
