Technotrend cards sometimes fail to work after resume from standby

    Description

      ConditionalAccess prevents stopping the graph for Technotrend cards.

      This sometimes causes hangs after standby, card is not able to tune, wait for PMT fails.

      h4. Additional Information
      disabled this option for Technotrend cards;

      for twinhan cards with CAM it's still there. has to be checked if this also causes problems!
