Description
Traffic measurements of Network activity monitoring handler in PowerScheduler plugin decline over time, even though actual traffic is constant. As a result the server eventually suspends/hibernates.
h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Enable Power Scheduler plugin in SetupTv and set it to suspend the server after specified period of inactivity
2. Enable Network Monitor in Power Scheduler
3. Leave the server "unattended" and provide a constant network traffic (eg ftp)
4. Server will (incorrectly) suspend after some time
5. Resume the server and examine the logs. Measured traffic declines over time.
