When watching recorded tv on multiseat (aka streaming) skipping all the way back to start of the recorded show always results in freeze of playback. MP stays responsive.

Multiseat -> recorded tv -> watch a recorded show for a few minutes -> skip back to 'start' -> playback freeze

No errors in log, but after skipping to 'start' the log always ends with VMR9Helper: playing->repaint 0:
