When watching recording tv on multiseat (aka streaming playback) and you do a 'skip' (forward/backwards) for several times, MP will freeze the playback, but stays responsive. Timeline gives the correct time where you skipped to, and even doing additional skips updates the timeline correctly, but playback stays freezed. Only solution is to stop the playback, start it over again, skip to where you stopped the freeze playback, and hope it's not freezing again. This behaviour is really random. Sometimes you can do about 25 skips before playback freezes, another time it already freeze after 2x skip.

Multiseat -> recorded tv -> watch some recording -> skip several times forward or backwards (random skipsteps) and after some time playback just freezes.

Confirmed by several testers on multiseat.
No errors in log, when playback freezes, log always ends with -> VMR9Helper: playing->repaint 0:
