if you install RC2 and later RC3, the deploy tool throws an "error" because an old ApplicationLocations.xml is present.

as soon as you run the deploytool again, it downloads a new version of this xml.

by deleting any present temp folder of an earlier installation before we start with the installation, we can avoid this problem.
