Description
Files with the size of 0 KB are handled as valid files.
Trying to install these files DeployTool crashes.
h4. Steps to Reproduce

[*] create a new txt file in %temp%\MediaPortal Installation\deploy
[*] rename it to e.g. sqlexpr32.exe
[*] run DeployTool and choose to install MSSQL
[*] DeployTool throws unhandled exception
