      this is related to http://mantis.team-mediaportal.com/view.php?id=2891

      "MediaPortal Logs Collector" shortcut is nolonger required.
      - new installations must not add it
      - during an update, NSIS must remove a present one.

      "MediaPortal Debug-Mode" shortcut nolonger needs any startup parameter
