When you use the Deploy Tool to upgrade a 1.3Beta release to RC, and select the option to 'Use Existing Skin', MP is started with Titan skin.

Reproduced this with & without Titan Extended checked.


h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Install 1.3 RC (Choose Titan as selected skin)
2. Change skin inside MP
3. Upgrade to 1.3 Final (Choose use existing skin)

Issue is that when selecting existing skin nothing is logged to deploy.xml.
This means that when you do the first install and select a skin then that choice is logged.
Next time you choose existing skin nothing is updated in deploy.xml and therefore it picks picks up the previous value.
If you have always chosen to use existing skin this will function correctly.
