When changing skins from Titan to Default (or an other skin)
1. You get an error message that titan.version.xml is missing (see attachment in forum thread)
2. Skin settings are changed in SkinSettings.xml but not applied in GUI (so TV Guide rows, colors, etc are not changed)
3. Fonts are not reset/cached - so if a font is missing in the 'new' skin it will display in the system default font (very small)

Basically the Change Skin feature does not reset many settings to the new Skin and can produce errors and unwanted behaviour.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. To to Settings > GUI > Skin
2. Change TV Guide rows (e.g. from 11 to 7) and some other settings like Latest Media if you wish)
3. Change Skin to DefaultWide
4. Change some settings like TV rows from 11 to 9
5. Change skin back to Titan - previous settings are not read (although the skinsettings.xml file is updated and the changes take effect when you restart MP)
6. Change skin back to DefaultWide - ditto

The same applies to TV/EPG settings like button/genre colors/borders etc..
