    Description

      The 'Edit Skin Settings' button in configuration is not anchored correctly.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      1. Open MediaPortal Configuration Dialog.
      2. Select the GUI item on left.
      3. Re-size dialog.

      Result: the 'Edit Skin Settings' is fixed and not anchored to the top right.
