If the selected skin is incompatible, then MP simply loads the default skin without any notification to the users.

Previously, a notification screen was displayed so that the user would know why the chosen skin was not loaded

Install an incompatible skin, or change the skin version of a compatible skin in references.xml.

Please can someone test with 1.3.0 ?

The easiest way to do this is make a copy of DefaultWide, rename it and then in references.xml change the version number to 1.2.0.0.

We need to know when this was broken.
