Some users reported to have a black background instead the theme background when hovering over the Video button for MyVideos.
Reason:
There are two reasons for this "bug":
1. Skin is set per default to "Video Fanart on BasicHome". in SkinSettings.xml.
2. Missing the relevant visibility tag in BasicHome.xml

h4. Steps to Reproduce
Open DefaultWide/Default when FanartHandler is not installed/enabled.
Hover over "Videos" button.
A black background is shown instead of the theme background.
