MPEI's depedency check for TvServer has reversed logic for min and max.
This is also due to the fact that the comparison implementation is not unified in one place and hard to read.
User cwchapma has supplied a patch via github pull request that fixes the issue and adds a new common VersionProvider class with overloaded operators.
