    Description

      Rework thumb generator for pictures to use Windows API Codec and Thumbs.db if available.
      In 99% of the cases, there will already be a thumbs.db ready to use inside the folder, created by windows when the user imported the pictures.

      Go to Mypictures on big list of picture and generation take a while.
