Since 1.3 there is a timeline with comskip markers for recorded TV. This change adds comskip markers to the MyVideos timeline. For multi-chapter videos without comskip markers the start of each chapter is indicated.

The change is fully compatible with legacy skins, they simply show the same as always (no markers). The marker data is only brought to two new skin properties:

To display the comskip timeline for videos the two "progress" controls in VideoFullscreen.xml and VideoOSD.xml must be converted to "tvprogress" controls and provided with the Comskip marker tags.
