OSD does not show up when using skip steps in Default skin

    Description

      There is no info bar shown when using skip-steps (left/right arrows) - without this you have no way of knowing where you are (in time) in a video.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      1. Start MP
      2. Start a video
      3. Press LEFT/RIGHT/UP/DOWN arrow to trigger the skip steps
      4. The OSD is empty
