Sometimes when you stop the playback of a Blu-ray disc, you can run into this exception. I was able to reproduce this in about 1 out of 5 times. The exception crashed MediaPortal 1 time, errors on the other times i was able to reproduce this. It happens with both Titan & DefaultWide in both Menu & Title Mode.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
1. Start a Blu-ray disc
2. do some skipsteps, open context menu and press B to stop playback.

Really hard to give the right steps, since it's hard to reproduce this!
