Various labels of buttons are not dimmed when an action group set DimColor, applies only to labels of the FadeLabel Class.

h4. Steps to Reproduce
 1. In DefaultWide, references.xml, add to the default togglebutton (same would apply to default checkbutton):
<scrollStartDelaySec>1</scrollStartDelaySec>
<scrollWrapString> | </scrollWrapString>
2. Go to Videos Title View and press enter on a movie for VideoInfo
 3. Select Cast
