In Dynamic Refresh Rate settings :
In actual column row, it's easy to make a mistake since the Action field doesn't resize with the window and it doesn't even fit so there's always scrollbars shown.

The user might select the Action path, right click and select copy (or Ctrl+C) to paste it on the second line which all line value is copy (Name + Frame rate(s) + Refresh rate and finally Action)
