almost all of our own Directshow filters do not have versionInfo resource so it is hard to see version and purpose of it:

only DirectShowFilters\MPAudioRenderer\bin\Release\mpaudiorenderer.ax says MediaPortal Audio Renderer v1.0.0.0 , but tourettes said that version number is wrong.

So i set target to 1.4 in hope that that restructuring will be published before 1.4
