Since TvPlugin is build last, it produces and overwrites all dlls with x86 versions. This is especially problematic with Common.Utils.dll which every plugin dev has to reference. The C compilers resgen tool has a problem on x64 machines - so every plugin dev trying to build against this dll will get a compile error if he uses Winforms elements.
