Codec setting PDVD is not enable if only PDVD12 installed

    Description

      When PDVD12 is only installed on OS.
      Codec Setting for PowerDVD 10+ is not available.
      It's because of hard coded string.

      h4. Steps to Reproduce
      Install PDVD12
      Start Configuration.exe
      No "PowerDVD Video 10+" under "Codecs and Renderer" section
