When in windowed mode and resizing a video, the aspect ratio used by the skin is still be used. A tweak in g_player needs to be added that g_player can take control over the window size based on the files dimensions.

Also plackback during resizing is halted.

g_player needs WndProc treatment similar to Mediaportal.cs.
