When Next Chapter is pressed:
1. Video freezes for about 4-5 seconds but audio continues
2. Then the first new Video Frame shows up, but still frozen for about 2 seconds
3. New audio comes in and then disc resumes playback normally.

This entire process is way slower then when using skipsteps (<1 second).

Title Mode takes about 2 seconds for Next Chapter!

Tested with latest BDReader + MPAR after tourettes fixed mantis 3892 & 3951. Tested on Beyoncé - I am... (Music BD).
