Bluray movies don't start if ".bdmv" was not in extension video list.
Forced check to avoid users messed configuration ( .bdmv remove from Videos extensions list)
This happen only on upgrade (".bdmv" was not added) or if user remove it.
On Fresh/Clean Installation ".bdmv" is added automaticaly (from default video extension code)


h4. Steps to Reproduce
Delete ".bdmv" from video extension list.
Start MyVideo -> Bluray Movies -> it didn't start in fullscreen.
