When using the BASS player and either gapless playback or setting crossfading close to 0 then sometimes the skin properties for what is playing are not updated

Following thread this looks like a timing issue and the problem is that when the OnStarted event is fired it is not passing a filename. Updating of the skin properties in the music overlay does not process an update is the filename is null.
