Currently, upon startup, MPEI closes MP and Configuration no questions asked. This should be changed so that not until you choose to install/update a plugin should they be closed, and even then only after asking for confirmation. Since it might be a TV Server plugin (PS++, eg) SetupTV should also be closed.
