    Description

      Some video in VC1/VC1i need own codec section
      This rework fix it and solve some issue about rebuild Graph.

      Try to read VC1/VC1i sample.

      First patch was to add and connect filter manually.
      Latest version is semi Auto.
      That mean is added Codec can't be connected, another one is added auto by merit.
