When starting configuration.exe, an exception error happen and we need to close it if we continue, we can save change and configuration continue to have an error
It happen because C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MusicPlayer\plugins\dsp <<-- DSP folder was not create or exist.
I think this folder was create by third party plugins.

Make a clean installation of fresh OS.
Try to start MP configuration.
